S7-200PLC无功补偿装置在小型变电站中的应用

根据目前农网改造工程中农村小型变电所电容器无功补偿存在的问题,以一所小型变电站为例,根据它的运行方式和控制方式,设置了电容器的投切判据,并依此设计了一款基于S7 - 200PLC的可靠性高、功能灵活的无功补偿控制装置.把它应用于小型变电站无功补偿方案中,对提高农村电网的供电能力、保证电压质量、降低农网损耗有重要作用.

在转型期的中国,一个社会组织的产生有其一定的社会、经济和政治因素.通过描述义乌上溪绿浓果业协会的生成路径、运行机制和社会效益,分析"协会 合作社 村委会/党支部"模式在组织创新中的地位,探讨混合形态的组织创新对创办内生型农村专业技术协会的现实意义.     

农村配电网项目投资效益评估方法研究

农村配电网建设投资不断加大,其成本所占比例高,迫切需要寻求适应农网建设项目特点的投资分析方法。提出了符合农村配电网实际且具有很强操作性的投资效益评价指标体系,以及对指标进行归一化及权重计算并采用线性评分方法进行评价的分析模型,以此来计算农网建设项目的投资效益。算例和应用情况表明,该模型对导向农网建设项目的投资、提高投资效益、改善项目决策及管理水平有重要价值。     

New ‘rural lifestyle estates’ in The Netherlands

Recent studies tend to indicate that no longer all presently agricultural land in The Netherlands is required for sustainable agricultural production. Apart from various urban uses and some projects turning agricultural land into nature reserves or giving it a secondary function, like national landscape parks or drinking water supply area, it is not easy to find alternative users for the land presently managed by farmers. At the same time, many urban companies or families are vainly looking for building lots away from our ‘compact urban areas’. This paper explores a way to bring this supply and demand together in a landscape-wise more than acceptable manner: the planning concept and experiment of ‘new rural lifestyle estates’.     

TYIN tegnestue Architects. Integrating On-Site Education and Practice

Founded by Andreas Grøntvedt Gjertsen and Yashar Hanstad, TYIN tegnestue Architects grew out of an initiative to provide sleeping accommodation for an orphanage in Thailand when the principals were only third-year architecture students. 洪雅县农村家宴管理的实践与思考

为有效预防和控制农村家宴造成的群体性食物中毒和食源性．传染病的发生，洪雅县从2002年开始在全县推行农村家宴管理。利用行政管理措施，采取申报登记、检查指导等卫生干预手段有效地预防和控制了农村家宴卫生安全事件的发生并取得了一定的成效。对推行农村家宴管理中存在的问题进行了分析，提出了对农村家宴的深化管理、制度建设、利用农村家宴管理推动农村健康教育等的思路。洪雅县的实践经验对农村家宴管理工作提供了借鉴。     

义乌市农村社区规划编制工作中的几个问题

在义乌市农村社区建设规划编制工作中出现了规划委托方定义不准确，空间形态的整合存在不确定性，群众参与力度和规划解释力度不够等问题，应选取几个典型社区进行试点，加强社区规划建设的宣传工作，采取“政府调控，市场运作”的开发模式。     

Application of geographical information systems to rural electrification with renewable energy sources

This paper approaches one of the main problems of rural electrification: the choice of the most appropriate technology for each case. The main objective of this project is to apply Geographical Information Systems (GIS) to divide the research zone into areas in that are more appropriate for either conventional or renewable technologies. The approaches for choosing among the different technologies are usually technical and economic; these may be jointly considered by the leveling electric cost (LEC). Determination of the LEC is a complex task that requires knowledge of the capacity factor. This paper shows the conclusions of the technical and economic parameter analysis involved in the determination of the LEC for each technology. This analysis has allowed us to carry out proposals of improvement in the methodology of the GIS of rural electrification. The resulting GIS has been verified in the municipality of Lorca (Murcia, Spain).
